Our wedding in Phunaka Dzong will stay unforgettable and we cannot thank enough Mr.Jigme and his great team for their kind help and support in organizing this special day. Bhutan, the land of Cross Happiness, there wouldn't be any better place on earth to tie the knot. Thinley and Karma made each of our 14 days in the Land of the Thunder dragon to a special experience with plenty of laugher and tales about Buddhism and culture. Living in bustling Bangkok our tour from Paro to Bumthang seemed to us as a journey through peace and harmony.

We highly recommend Bhutan Footprints and hope to see Jigme, Thinley and Karma again.

Dear Jigme,

This is not my first time travel to the Buddhism countries, however, travelling to Bhutan is one of the most memorable experiences I've ever had.
Thank you very much for organizing the 12 days trip (Aug 6-17, 2010) and also for the quick replies for all the inquiries I had before and during the trip.
My tour guide, Thinley is very knowledge of the Bhutan's culture and history and the driver, Karma is also very helpful during the entire trip.Thank you very much for the T-shirt you gave and I will make sure I will wear it !!
I am definitely recommending your agency, Bhutan Footprints to all of my friends who are interested to visit this lovely and peaceful kingdom of Bhutan and I am also planning my next trip to the East part of Bhutan.

Thank you very much,

My brother and I recently traveled to the picturesque country of Bhutan.  I would highly recommend this country to anyone interested in experiencing total peace and tranquility.  I found Bhutan to be the quietest place I have ever visited on the planet.  Many days during my tour, the only sounds I heard for hours were the prayer flags gently flapping in the wind.  I found the people of Bhutan to be extraordinarily genuine.  Everyone I encountered was interested in me as a tourist and as a person.  The accommodations were adequate and the site seeing was outstanding.  From the rush of the plane trip into Paro to the peaceful babbling of the rivers teaming with fish, the experience of Bhutan as a whole was one I found overwhelmingly satisfying and one that I enjoy over and over again as I replay my vacation in my mind. My tour guide and driver were extremely knowledgeable of the country, the sites and the culture of Bhutan.  Make Bhutan a definite on your short list of vacation destinations.

One of the most memorable vacations we have experienced was in the magical kingdom of Bhutan.  The scenery is breath taking; the people are gentle, willing to do whatever they can to make your stay a great one.  The customs, especially the festivals, are unequalled anywhere else.  It was because of Daza Jigme and his colleagues that we enjoyed, to the maximum, all that Bhutan and its people had to offer.  If you visit Bhutan you will never forget the wonderful experience, if you visit it under Daza Jigme's guidance you will enjoy everything to the fullest.

For those of you, who are deciding on a trip to Bhutan, do not hesitate to organize your trek or cultural tour through Daza Jigme, Bhutan Footprints Travel and Tours. I spent two weeks in Bhutan this October 2006 and being a woman of fifty traveling on her own was wary of booking through internet and especially of paying a large some of money to an unknown company. For those of you, who have similar doubts and queries, please do not hesitate to contact me by phone or by email so that I can describe in detail my trip and answer any questions.

Daza Jigme, manager and guide, was efficient in the organization of the tour, very attentive to my particular wishes and flexible regarding the itinerary, knowledgeable about his country including its history, culture, geography, politics and Buddhism, honest and above all good company.
I will be returning with friends for a trek, having mainly visited the country for the cultural characteristics by daily hikes covering from Paro to Bhumthang and will definitely be traveling once again with Bhutan Footprints Travel and Tours. The country is unspoilt and its natural beauty and the friendliness of the people all contribute to a fascinating and pleasurable adventure.
